Renewal from year two — ₹19,000 + GST per year
Hosting, SSL, backups, updates, security monitoring, dashboard, support tickets, and small text/photo changes (up to 30 minutes a month). Domain renewal at cost. Posts, pages, ads and CRM remain add-ons.

- E-commerce / online payments (add-on)
- Custom features, apps, 3D or animated sites
- Guaranteed rankings or guaranteed number of leads — nobody honest can promise these
- Managing replies to customers on your behalf (WhatsApp auto-reply add-on handles FAQs)

Process & timelines
- Free demos (instant) → choose a look → pay online → 10 questions (10 min).
- Build starts the next working day. Site, pages and lead system ready in 3 working days.
- You review in the dashboard; comment on the screen. Round 1 changes within 2 working days, round 2 within 2 working days.
- Approve → site goes live on your domain. Social posts start after your first approval batch.
- Support any time via dashboard chat/tickets or WhatsApp.
Fair terms
- Refund: full refund if we don't deliver your site within 7 working days of you completing the 10 questions. After delivery and approval, fees are not refundable.
- Ownership: your domain, site files, pages and ad account are yours. On leaving, we hand everything over within 7 days.
- Ad accounts: Meta's decisions (rejections, restrictions) are outside our control; we help with appeals.
- Renewal: reminder 30 days before; no auto-charge without your tap.
- Taxes: GST at the applicable rate is added to all prices. Invoices issued by 369Network LLP.
